Nexteam Group

Nexteam Group announced the integration of Mecafi Group, a specialist in precision mechanical assemblies for aerospace and defense. The acquisition, subject to competition authority approval, will create a combined entity with over 1,500 employees and €250 million in revenue, strengthening Nexteam's position in aerospace engine components.

Nexteam Group has secured a contract worth €80 million with Airbus to produce approximately 800 references of small titanium parts for the A350-900 and A350-1000 programs. Production started in early June 2017.
