Exel Composites signed a four-year frame agreement with Tratos for the supply of composite conductor cores, with a minimum volume commitment of EUR 22 million for deliveries through 2029.

Tratos completed a multi-million-pound expansion of its Knowsley factory, extending the plant four-fold with 150,000 sq ft of new space and adding 40 new jobs. New equipment including a drum twister and extrusion lines was installed and began operation at the end of 2016.
