GPack

Private equity firm Oxy Capital and illimity Bank agreed to acquire Gpack Group, an Italian maker of cardboard boxes and cartons for luxury, pharma, cosmetics and food markets, for $72 million.

GPack Group signed an agreement with Oaktree Capital Management to acquire Alliora Coffrets in Fougères, France, with Alliora's capital increased by 7 million euros to expand its gift-box business.
