Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials AG has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of c-m-p GmbH, a composites company, through its German subsidiary. The transaction is expected to close in early March 2020.

DowAksa plans to triple the capacity of its Yalova plant following the Vestas contract, with investment expected to reach $500 million in the first phase, up from a previous $1 billion 10-year plan.

DowAksa, a joint venture of Akkök Holding, signed a 4-year, $300 million agreement with Vestas to supply carbon fiber pultruded profiles for wind turbine blades.
