Stag Technologies

Vortex Companies, a trenchless rehabilitation services provider, has acquired Stag Technologies, a Utah-based manufacturer of high-performance coatings for water, sewer and industrial infrastructure. The acquisition was announced on March 1, 2018.

Vortex Infrastructure and Stag Technologies announced a strategic alliance for the municipal infrastructure rehabilitation market. Vortex gets exclusivity on Stag's epoxy coatings for wastewater, and Stag will exclusively sell Vortex's Quadex geopolymers and mortars.
