Tri-Tex Co. Inc.

Meridian Adhesives Group announced the acquisition of the adhesives division of Tri-Tex Co Inc., a Canadian chemical company, to expand its Industrial Packaging Division with hot melt, water-based, pressure sensitive and general-purpose adhesives.

SK Capital Partners acquired a majority control position in Tri-Tex Co. Inc., a Canadian specialty chemicals manufacturer and distributor, with the founders retaining a significant ownership stake.
