Pricol

Pricol, through its subsidiary Pricol Precision Products, will acquire the injection moulding business of Sundaram Auto Components (part of TVS Motor Company) for Rs 215.3 crore in an all-cash deal, adding about Rs 730 crore to topline.

The Competition Commission of India approved Minda Corporation's proposed acquisition of an 8.79% stake in Pricol, an auto component manufacturer. The deal was announced on February 20, 2024.

Pricol has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the entire ownership interest in the wiping systems business of PMP Auto Components, an Ashok Piramal Group company, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will give Pricol access to manufacturing locations in Europe and North America.
