WM Thermoforming Machines and SencorpWhite agreed that SencorpWhite will sell WM's thermoforming machines in the U.S. and Canada under a co-branded name, including FC, Flex, and FT series.

SencorpWhite announced the acquisition of Minerva Associates, a strategic merger to expand SencorpWhite's complete warehouse logistics system solutions for the global market.

SencorpWhite, a provider of automated packaging and AS/RS systems, plans to acquire Intek Integration Technologies Inc., a warehouse management software company.
