Badger Meter acquired Syrinix for £15 million.

Badger Meter, Inc. acquired Syrinix, Ltd., a provider of intelligent water monitoring solutions, for £15 million in cash. The acquisition enhances Badger Meter's smart water capabilities.

Badger Meter has acquired Analytical Technology, a manufacturer of water quality monitoring instruments. Analytical Technology will continue operations from Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

Badger Meter announced the acquisition of s::can GmbH for €27.0 million (US$31.7 million) in an all-cash deal, expanding its capabilities into distribution network management.

Badger Meter Inc. acquired Innovative Metering Solutions, a Florida distributor of Badger products to municipal water-utility customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. IMS will now do business as National Meter & Automation.

Badger Meter agreed to acquire the assets of Carolina Meter & Supply, a utility supplier, effective November 1, 2017. The sum was undisclosed. Carolina Meter will do business as National Meter & Automation.

Badger Meter signed an agreement to acquire D-Flow Technology AB of Luleå, Sweden, for approximately $23 million. The acquisition was effective May 1, 2017.
