NHS Supply Chain has awarded a non-exclusive framework agreement to Medtronic Ltd for the supply of structural heart valves, perfusion and ventricular assist devices and consumables, valued at 85.1 million GBP.

Ecolab increased manufacturing capacity by 700% across Europe and set up a new mixing and filling line at its Weavergate plant in Northwich to supply five million litres of hand sanitiser to NHS Supply Chain by end of 2020. Twenty new employees were hired.

RPC BPI Refuse signed three contracts across healthcare, facilities management, and cleaning sectors, including a four-year contract with NHS Supply Chain worth approximately £20 million, a framework with ESPO, and a contract with Mayflower Washroom Solutions. The contracts are expected to earn around £6 million per annum.
