WernerCo invested £1.1 million in new ABB Autodeck Cell robotic manufacturing technology for its BoSS scaffold tower production line at its facility in Maldon, Essex, UK, to streamline production and improve productivity.

WernerCo, a portfolio company of Triton, completed the acquisition of Zarges Group, a German access products and fall protection equipment supplier. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Funds advised by Triton have signed an agreement to acquire Rocore Group, a US producer and supplier of heat exchange products.
