PMC Capital Partners, through newly formed Arctic Cooling Systems (ACS), acquired the Chino branch of The AMS Group, an aftermarket service provider in commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC, from Hill PHOENIX (Dover Food Retail). Terms were not disclosed.

Hill PHOENIX, a Dover operating company, acquired certain assets and intellectual property of Tyler Refrigeration, a unit of Carrier Corporation. The deal includes inventory, equipment, order backlog, intellectual property, service parts business, and five service branches. Financial terms were not disclosed.
