Tadano and Italthai Industrial form joint venture for loader crane distribution
Tadano and Italthai Industrial have set up a joint venture, Tadano Italthai, to distribute loader cranes in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. The JV has registered capital of Bt50 million, with Tadano holding 49%, Italthai 48% and MHCB Consulting 3%.
