Romaco Group

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG sold three-quarters of its shares in Romaco Group to Truking Group, a China-based engineering company. DBAG will retain a 24.9% interest for up to three years.

Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) is divesting about three-quarters of its shares in Romaco Group to Truking Group, a Chinese engineering company. DBAG and DBAG Fund V will retain a 24.9% interest for up to three years. The sale price is more than double the original investment.
