PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper

As part of the agreement, Minerals Technologies will expand its present satellite PCC facility at the Perawang mill by 40,000 metric tons to 140,000 metric tons. The expansion is scheduled to begin operation in Q2 2018.

Minerals Technologies signed an agreement with PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper to build a 125,000 metric-ton per year satellite precipitated calcium carbonate plant at the paper mill in Perawang, Indonesia. The facility is scheduled to begin operation in Q2 2018.
