Premier Foods

XPO Logistics has won a long-term contract with British food manufacturer Premier Foods covering inbound transport, warehousing and outbound distribution in the UK and Ireland. Premier Foods will move its multi-site warehousing to a single 650,000 sq ft XPO-managed distribution centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire, expected to be fully operational from mid-2018.

Premier Foods agreed a contract with XPO Logistics to consolidate warehousing into a single national distribution centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire, creating 170 jobs. The site is expected to be fully operational by mid-2018.
