Steel Technologies LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of Calstrip Industries, Inc., a flat-rolled metal processor with operations in California, New Mexico, Texas, and Arkansas. The transaction is expected to close in late December 2021.

Steel Technologies LLC announced an 85,000 sq ft expansion of its Ghent, KY facility, adding a precision slitting line. The expansion is expected to be completed by mid-2019.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco received an order from Steel Technologies to supply a new multi-blanking line for its facility in Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco Inc. has received an order from Steel Technologies to supply a new multi-blanking line for their facility in Pesquería, Nuevo León, Mexico. The line will process 150” x 74” wide material with an incoming coil capacity of 60,000 lbs.

Steel Technologies agreed to add 90 jobs in Smyrna as part of a tax break agreement with the Rutherford County Industrial Development Board.
