Hach Company

Hach Company, a Danaher subsidiary, acquired the Environment, Process and Service divisions of Arachem, a Malaysian water quality analyzer supplier. The business will become Hach Malaysia and include a technical training center for the Asia-Pacific region.

Hach Co. is opening an 86,000-square-foot research and development facility in Loveland, Colorado, its third building there. The $25 million investment will house 50 employees relocating from leased space and support the company's water quality testing business.

Hach Company and Royal HaskoningDHV signed an agreement making Hach the preferred supplier of analytical instrumentation for Nereda wastewater treatment technology, with collaboration on development and innovation.
