Kvadrat

Kvadrat, a manufacturer of designer fabrics, has acquired Verosol Group, a specialist in technical sun protection fabrics. The acquisition gives Kvadrat a strong position in the market for high-performance textiles.

Kvadrat has taken a majority stake in Dutch textile company Febrik, adding knitted interior textiles to its portfolio.
