SeAH Steel Corp.

Ørsted has announced a multi-million pound agreement to be the first and lead customer for monopile foundations manufactured at SeAH Wind's planned factory at Able Marine Energy Park on the Humber, UK. The deal is subject to securing a Contract for Difference and Final Investment Decision for Hornsea Three offshore wind farm.

SeAH Steel Corp. decided to split off its steel plate business into a new entity named Seah Coated Metal (CM) Corp., subject to shareholder approval on May 26. The new company will start operations on July 1, 2017.
