Zhongtao Environmental

Zhongtao Environmental signed an investment agreement with Xiangzhou County government to build the Sanjiangkou Eco-Environmental Protection Industrial Park in Shilong Industrial Park, with total investment of about RMB 15 billion and planned area of 6,000 mu.

Zhongtao Environmental (01363) signed an investment agreement with Bobai County government in Yulin, Guangxi, China, to build and operate industrial wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal, water supply, heat and power supply, and hazardous waste treatment facilities. Total planned investment is CNY 3 billion, with first phase of CNY 1.15 billion expected to be operational by end of 2018.

Two subsidiaries of Zhongtao Environmental, Guangzhou Haitao Environmental Technology and Qingyuan Lvyou Environmental Technology, won a three-year contract from Guangzhou Jingshui Co., Ltd. for dewatered sludge disposal starting April 1, 2017. The contract is expected to generate about RMB 120 million annually.
