Flat Glass Group

Flat Glass Group's subsidiary Anhui Flat Glass signed a contract with China Building Materials Engineering Group for the supply and installation of a furnace for a 1000-ton-per-day ultra-white photovoltaic glass production line, valued at CNY 138 million.

Flat Glass Group's subsidiary Anhui Flat Glass signed a supplementary construction contract with Zhejiang Nanhu Construction for the Anhui solar glass project, valued at CNY 110 million. The total construction value is at least CNY 230 million.

Anhui Flat Glass, a subsidiary of Flat Glass Group, entered into two furnace supply and installation agreements with China Triumph International Engineering for its photovoltaic glass project. The first agreement, dated February 10, 2017, is for CNY 97.5 million for the No. 1 furnace; the second, dated April 3, 2017, is for CNY 95.5 million for the No. 2 furnace. Each furnace supports a 1,000 ton/day ultra-white photovoltaic glass production line.
