Tapì Group acquires 80% of German distributor T&G GmbH
Tapì Group, a beverage closures maker owned by Wise SGR, has entered a binding agreement to buy 80% of T&G GmbH, the sole distributor for Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria and the Netherlands. The founder keeps the remaining 20%.

Tapì Group acquires remaining stake in Tapì Argentina, taking 90% ownership
Tapì Group completed the acquisition of Tapì Argentina, moving from a minority stake to 90% ownership, with the remaining 10% held by CEO Mariano Paz. The Argentine plant will serve demand across South America.
