Salt Lake City-based Packsize is acquiring its competitor Panotec, an Italian maker of right-sized box production machines, expanding its installed base across more than 50 countries. The deal was reported in the June 2026 M&A roundup published 2026-07-08.

WestRock has entered into agreements to acquire substantially all assets of Plymouth Packaging, a corrugated packaging company, including its Box on Demand systems and its equity interest in Panotec. The announcement was made on December 19, 2017.
