Gerdau Summit Aços Fundidos e Forjados S.A.

Sumitomo Corporation, The Japan Steel Works, and Gerdau S.A. established a joint venture, Gerdau Summit, to manufacture and sell forged parts for wind power generation in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil. The venture plans to invest R$280 million for an annual capacity of up to 50,000 tons.
