Lippert Components

LCI Industries, through its subsidiary Lippert Components, acquired substantially all business assets of Trazcor, Inc., a specialized metal fabrication company in Goshen, Indiana, that supplies aluminum sidewalls and panels to recreation and transportation OEMs.

LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components, acquired 100% of Schaudt GmbH, a German supplier of electronic controls and energy management systems for the European caravan industry.

Glaston Group closed a follow-up deal with Lippert Components Inc. for an automotive pre-processing line and an insulating glass line. The lines will be delivered during Q3 and Q4 of 2021 to expand Lippert's Bristol, Indiana facility.

Glaston Group closed a deal with Lippert Components Inc. for a B'CHAMP pre-processing line, Matrix serial bending furnace, and laminating equipment, to be delivered in Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.

Lippert Components, Inc. has finalized its acquisition of Taylor Made Group, LLC, a supplier to recreational marine and other industrial markets, headquartered in Gloversville, New York.

Lippert Components plans to build a $19 million manufacturing plant in New Haven, Indiana, creating 140 jobs by the end of 2019.
