Motion Industries, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Co., reached a definitive agreement to acquire Cedar Rapids-based Apache Inc., a supplier of industrial belts and hoses, with closing expected on 1 November 2017. The deal is expected to add about $100 million in revenue to Motion.
