Aircraft Recycling International Ltd.

Aircraft Recycling International (ARI) signed a memorandum of understanding with Honeywell Aerospace to collaborate on repair and maintenance services at the China Aircraft Disassembly Centre (CADC) in Harbin, China. The facility is in the final stages of construction.

Aircraft Recycling International Ltd., a Hong Kong-based unit of China Aircraft Leasing Group, has acquired 100% of Universal Asset Management Inc., a Memphis-based aircraft recycling and repair company. The acquisition was announced on March 20, 2017.
