Oldcastle Architectural

Jewell, an Oldcastle Company, has opened a new 23,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Burnet, Texas, for concrete and mortar products, expected to be operational by the end of December 2017.

Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies (AERT) entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by Oldcastle Architectural for $117 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2017.
