CPM acquires Proline Engineering, UK conveyance supplier
CPM Holdings acquired Manchester-based Proline Engineering, a supplier of high-speed conveyance solutions and services for the metal packaging industry, which will join Greenbank Technology in CPM's metal packaging platform.
