Tiandingfeng Nonwovens signed an agreement with MODON to invest in a new production facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The project includes two production lines for fiberglass-reinforced polyester tire base fabrics and two lines for standard polyester tire base fabrics, with a total annual capacity of 25,000 tons.
