Trafigura and Polycab Wires JV to build copper rod plant in Gujarat
The Competition Commission of India approved a joint venture between Trafigura Pte Ltd and Polycab Wires to set up a copper rod production facility in Halol, Gujarat, with an annual capacity of 240,000 tonnes and a total investment of USD 25 million. The plant is expected to be operational by the end of 2017.
