Confluent Medical Technologies, a medical device contract manufacturer, acquired Northern Nitinol, a Minnesota-based Nitinol manufacturer specializing in rapid prototyping. The acquisition strengthens Confluent's Nitinol supply chain and adds a facility in Minneapolis.
