Durkee Testing Laboratories

Element Materials Technology has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire the assets of Durkee Testing Laboratories, a specialist provider of metallurgical investigation and testing services in Paramount, California. The acquisition will be integrated into Element's Huntington Beach laboratory.
