Horizon Services Inc.

Horizon Services, backed by Sun Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Casteel Heating & Cooling (Atlanta) and Gold Medal Service (New Jersey). Terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions expand Horizon's operations to six states.

Sun Capital, a private equity firm, acquired Horizon Services Inc., a heating, cooling and plumbing company. The acquisition will be used to expand the company along the East Coast, with plans to add 100 Delaware workers over the next few years.
