Air Cost Control

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group signed an agreement to acquire 80.1% of the operating units of Air Cost Control (A2C), an aviation electrical interconnect product distributor. The acquisition is expected to close within 30-45 days, subject to foreign governmental approval.
