Porr AG

Porr, in a consortium with Gulermak and Energopol-Szczecin, was awarded a €150 million design-and-build contract for the construction of the Świnoujście tunnel in Poland. The project is expected to take 48 months.

Porr AG, Austria's second-largest construction group, is acquiring the entire Hinteregger Group, a Salzburg-based construction company, for EUR 29.8 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Austrian construction company Porr AG agreed to acquire German construction firm Oevermann from Dutch parent Heijmans for EUR 60 million, pending regulatory approval.
