DexKo Global Inc. signed an agreement to acquire CBE s.r.l., a European manufacturer of electronic components and wiring harnesses for motorhomes, headquartered in Trento, Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Guangdong Coca-Cola Huizhou Co., Ltd. held a startup ceremony for its first high-speed packaging water line with a total investment of 80 million RMB from the Swire Beverages system. The line, with a capacity of 48,000 bph, is the fourth such line invested by CBE in the Swire Beverages system.
