Nosco

Nosco, a subsidiary of Holden Industries, acquired the assets of Haapanen Brothers, a graphic arts and printing company in Gurnee, Illinois. The site will keep operating under the Nosco name with its existing staff.

Nosco, a US printed packaging company, acquired New York-based insert and outsert manufacturer Gooding Company to grow its healthcare business and East Coast presence. The deal adds a manufacturing facility and an expanded range of folded solutions.
