Sarnova

Sarnova announced it will acquire and simultaneously combine Digitech and the R1 RCM EMS business to create a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions for EMS professionals. The combined business will operate under the Digitech name.

Patricia Industries, part of Swedish Investor AB, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Sarnova Holdings, parent company of Bound Tree Medical, Cardio Partners, Emergency Medical Products, and Tri-anim Health Services. Founder Matthew D. Walter and Water Street Healthcare Partners will retain minority stakes.

DXE Medical, a Sarnova company, acquired Cardio Partner Resources, a leading independent CPR/AED/first aid training business in the United States, to expand its cardiac care services offering.
