Alamo Group

Alamo Group Inc. completed the acquisition of Ring-O-Matic, Inc., a provider of industrial vacuum excavation equipment, for an undisclosed amount funded with cash on hand.

Alamo Group Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Dutch Power Company B.V., a Dutch manufacturer of landscape and vegetation management equipment. The purchase is expected to close in Q1 2019; terms were not disclosed.

Alamo Group announced plans to build a new $15 million manufacturing facility for its Super Products vacuum trucks operation in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. The plant is expected to commence operations in Q1 2020.

Wausau Equipment Company completed its expansion into a newly acquired 46,900 square foot building in New Berlin, Wisconsin, housing a service parts warehouse, assembly line for SnoGo snow blowers, and office space.
