RUAG Aerostructures

RUAG Aerostructures received final airworthiness approval and will commence serial production of over 500 payload suspension pylons for Saab Gripen E/F aircraft, under a contract valued at Sfr80 million ($77.6 million) awarded in 2015.

RUAG Aerostructures is planning to develop an aircraft parts manufacturing plant in Eger, northeast Hungary. The project costs are estimated at HUF 2 billion, with HUF 382 million covered by a government grant, and is expected to create 180 new jobs.
