Rovema started construction of a new assembly hall at its Fernwald, Germany headquarters, with an investment of about EUR 8 million. Final assembly of packaging machines and lines will move into the building by June 2019.
HQ Equita agreed to sell ROVEMA GmbH, a German maker of vertical form-fill-seal food packaging machinery based in Fernwald, Hesse, to Franz Haniel & Cie, subject to regulatory approvals; Alantra advised the seller.
