CEMATRIX Corporation

CEMATRIX Corporation entered into a letter of intent to acquire all shares of MixOnSite USA, Inc., a supplier of cellular concrete in the United States. The acquisition is expected to increase CEMATRIX's production capacity to over 1,000,000 cubic meters.

CEMATRIX (Canada) Inc. entered into five-year agreements with Lafarge Canada Inc. to develop regional markets for CEMATRIX cellular concrete, with Lafarge leasing equipment and CEMATRIX providing staff.
