Time Manufacturing Company

Time Manufacturing Company completed the purchase of the Ruthmann Group, merging Ruthmann and Versalift brands. Ruthmann GmbH & Co. KG and Ruthmann Finance GmbH & Co. KG were merged into Ruthmann Holdings GmbH.

Time Manufacturing Company agreed to acquire Ruthmann, a German manufacturer of aerial work platforms, including the Ruthmann, Steiger, Ecoline, and Bluelift brands. The transaction is subject to regulatory clearance and expected to close in Q1 2021.

Time Manufacturing Company/Versalift, a manufacturer of aerial lifts, acquired BrandFX, a manufacturer of composite service bodies and fiberglass components for specialty equipment. BrandFX will continue operations in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, acquired Time Manufacturing Company from O'Flaherty Holdings Limited. Time Manufacturing, based in Waco, Texas, is a global designer and manufacturer of vehicle-mounted aerial lifts for telecom and electric utility markets.

The Sterling Group has acquired Time Manufacturing Company, including its Versalift brand, from O'Flaherty Holdings Limited. Time is a designer and manufacturer of vehicle-mounted aerial lifts.
