The Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company signed seven contracts worth EGP 656 million with Egemac and TBEA alliances to supply electric transformers and equipment for various substations in Egypt.

CHINT Group and EGEMAC celebrated the grand opening of their joint venture factory CHINT EGEMAC in Cairo, specializing in low-voltage switchgear manufacturing. The factory's estimated annual production is approximately five million dollars.
