MosChip Semiconductor Technology approved definitive agreements to acquire Gigacom Semiconductor LLC (California), Gigacom Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd (Visakhapatnam), FirstPass Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd (Hyderabad), and Institute of Silicon Systems Pvt. Ltd (Hyderabad). The acquisitions aim to add over 250 engineers and expand North American footprint.
