British Offsite announced a new £45 million offsite automated construction factory in Braintree, UK, to produce light gauge steel panel systems using robotic manufacturing. The factory will create 180 jobs and deliver components for up to 4,000 homes per year.

British Offsite started construction on a 137,000 sqft build-off-site factory at Horizon 120 business park in Braintree, UK. The factory, scheduled to open by late 2022, will employ up to 80 people and features a £6 million production line from Randek AB.

Lindbäcks signed an agreement with Randek AB to deliver two new production lines for floor joists and interior ceilings at its new facility in Haraholmen, Sweden, with a SEK 23 million investment.
