New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company (NESL) acquired Frank Casilio and Sons, a family-owned concrete company with three ready-mixed concrete plants in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Terms were not disclosed.

New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. acquired all outstanding stock of Hempt Bros., Inc., including three aggregate plants, four hot mix asphalt plants, two ready mixed concrete plants, and paving and heavy highway construction operations in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. Inc. acquired the core assets of Berks Products Corp. and EJB Paving & Materials Co. for approximately $46.3 million, including two aggregate plants, two hot mix asphalt plants, four ready mixed concrete plants, and a construction supply center in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
