Confluent Medical Technologies, a medical device contract manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of Corpus Medical, a specialist in advanced catheter design and development. The combined company will operate as Confluent Medical Technologies.

Corpus Medical recapitalized with Ampersand Capital Partners to expand manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint. Financial terms were not disclosed.
